La galerie BS présente Mythologies contemporaines 

une exposition de groupe organisée autour des oeuvres de Matthieu Crimersmois, Nicolas Delay et Lucien Murat. Pour cette occasion, la galerie est heureuse de présenter également 3 lithographies de la série "Macropope" de Pierre La Police.

Michel Aubry and DJ Matthieu Crimersmois will activate two works as part of a live sound performance at the gallery. 

The first work, presented in the current show of Michel Aubry is the "Mise en musique des meubles-caisses de Gerrit Rietveld" 1934-2017. Since the mid-1980s, Michel Aubry "puts into music" some of his works, by calibrating furniture or clothing proportions on a musical scale. The reeds representing the different proportions of the furniture will then been activated as a musical instrument by the artist. 

The second work will be performed simultaneously by Matthieu Crimersmois. The "213 429th Part of the world", 2014 is an instrument composed of a pair of turn-tables and a mixing desk. This work was ordered by Les Nouveaux Commanditaires for the Parc naturel régional du Pilat. Michel Aubry was invited to unveil the place of the metalworking industry in the region of Le Pilat in France.
